The staff was kind and helpful. I particularly appreciated Leonardo at reception. The breakfast included a variety of products. I found it quite enjoyable.
The hotel had a noticeable smell in the hallways. I found that the air conditioning unit required a call to the front desk for activation. It felt a little inconvenient.

quiet streetcenter locationloose socketfaulty electrics
the location was PERFECT , right in the center of the downtown part of the city. It was very close to restaurants and shops but on a quiet part of the street. I did not hear much noise.
the electrics were not GREAT. the socket plate on my side of the bed was very loose and coming away from the wall. I had to hold the hairdryer plug into the socket in the bathroom to make it work , which was not easy.
